I recently read "Flying Drunk" and am wondering if there are any other fairly new aviation books out there you could recommend.

"Flying the A380" by Captain Gib Vogel is a fantastic read on the aircraft, with lots of nice color photos and in-depth information for the serious enthusiast or pilot. You can find it at Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or anywhere else you choose to buy books from, most likely. I got my copy through B&N.
