I wonder what the fight was about? A political discussion? A battle over an armrest? It sounds like not enough time to get drunk and disorderly. If he was still yelling after being evicted from the plane, he actually sounds a little unstable.
There should be no-fly lists for the Stupid and Self-Obsessed...

They should also have made him pay (or at least contribute to) the costs of the diversion, which must be expensive for a 777-300ER, not to mention the inconvenience to passengers, many of whom probably missed their connections at FRA due to the delay.
