Oddly enough two damaged MD-11's were not damaged enough to prevent them from being ferried to other airports. One is H2-ANB (48775) of Saudia Arabia which is in JED and is apparently not going to fly again. And then there is D-ALCO (48413) of Lufthansa Cargo in VCV which also flew in after being damaged. Can any one provide an update on this aircraft and if it is being repaired or the plans to repair it?

HZ-ANB was damaged at Khartoum and ferried back to JED. I think it has been confirmed that it won't fly again, so I'm assuming it will be used for spares.
I have not heard anything firm about the LH M11, but I understand that it will be repaired. However, due to the downturn in the cargo industry, the aircraft was not needed immediately. I believe LH returned Tto service one aircraft that was already at VCV.

Yes, Charlie Oscar is currently being repaired.
And no, they haven't returned a VCV aircraft to service, but did so with Charlie Echo which was parked (as opposed to stored) in LEJ.
Another tailsign will go to the VCV soon...
I have no information on those aircraft, but I would like to add N701GC, the Centurion Air Cargo that was recently ferried out of MVD after being repaired (right MLG replaced).
I don't know where they flew the aircraft to.

N701GC is back in service with Centurion running their normal schedule.
