According to local media here in Hong Kong, the Food and Drug Administration of the US Government conducted several inspections on the LSG Sky Chef kitchens, and in many cases there were live cockroaches running around, the staff preparing the food were using old and dirty gloves or no gloves at all, and the kitchen was in a poor condition overall.
