Continental's 737-900's

Does anyone know what the first 737-900 revenue flight will be for Continental Airlines and where are
these birds going to fly? I heard Latin America, the
transcon market, and Florida from Newark. Can any
one shed some light on this?

The plane is now listed on CO's web-page in the
fleet section although the first one will be delivered
in July I think.

The 739s will initially run from IAH to MSY and ORD on one flight a day, beginning in June or July.

I've also heard that Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, and Cozumel will alll be initial 737-900 cities from Houston.

Yes, PVR, CZM, and CUN will all be 739-operated once more are delivered and crew training and aircraft "breaking in" is completed with the MSY and ORD runs early on.
