Hello All:

I have noticed the pictures of the many colorful planes in the Pacific Blue fleet, the name of the airline to me reminds me of a plane going to a very warm and exotic Pacific destination. When I browse through the pictures of their planes on this site, I notice many of the pictures of this airline are taken in Australia and New Zealand. My question is what destinations does this airline fly to? Do they fly to the nice and warm exotic destinations in the Pacific?

There aren't any flights direct between SYD and HKT on DJ/VA as far as I know.

That flight map is incorrect.
HKT is served only from PER by Pacific Blue, and from MEL/BNE by V Australia.

Not sure why they have shown a SYD-HKT route.

There are a number of Virgin Blue mainline 737-800's with Pacific Blue titles. They are VH- registered and operate domestic services.

These planes are the ones that operate Pac Blue flights from Australia to the likes of HIR, POM etc. (not to NZ) But chances of getting these on Aussie domestic flights are rather slim as there are so many more Virgin Blue titled aircraft in the fleet.

They haven't been granted rights or landing slots to fly to Noumea - I believe the New Caledonia government has so far rejected their applications on one or both fronts.

PPT hasn't been started as they don't have the range to operate direct flights. So far, all international Pacific Blue flights are non-stop.
