Building Works At LGW?

A while ago, it was mentioned on here that there was some work going on to Gatwick's South Terminal domestic pier. Also, on another site I saw a photograph which seemed to show extensive works on some stands of the South Terminal's main pier.

Just after some clarification really - what works are currently underway at Gatwick? Does anyone have any good photographs/artists impressions etc.?
