Delta and Northwest will combine operations at PHL Monday night. According to the article, it will be the 247th and last Airport that Delta and Northwest will combine in.

Didn't Delta just move to A EAST a year or two ago, much to USAirways chagrin? Will Delta move to terminal E with Northwest, or visa verse? Where are the two airline's Clubs, if they each have one, and what is in their future?

My impression from what I read was that Delta will be moving their operations to the Northwest ticket counters, gates, etc. That would mean a move back to E. I guess that would also mean their CDG-PHL will come into A (East maybe?), deplane, then be towed over to E. That's what AF did for a long time when DL was handling them and before AF move to A-East. Anyone else know any specifics?

Jeff

From what I've been told by WN OpAgents in PHL AirTran will be moving to E and Delta and Northwest will be combined over in D.

Quoting 737tanker (Reply 2):
AirTran will be moving to E and Delta and Northwest will be combined over in D.

Air Tran already completed their move over to the E Concourse and operates from gates E6 and E8.
