If you mean the combi passenger/cargo as I think you do, then no, presently Manchester has no permentant schedule for a Pakistan International flight with Boeing 747 combi aircraft. Pakistan usually use Boeing 747-300 aircraft on their routes to/from America and Pakistan, using Manchester as a stop off in between, as you probably know. The aircraft are usually extremely heavy, using most of the 3,048 meter runway at Manchester, and causing quite a fright to the locals when it goes off 06L! Some of this immense weight is contributed to through cargo in the hold of the aircraft, and I do know that PIA do a good trade in cargo on their routes from Manchester. I hope this helps you.
