It got we wondering who got their slots, since they obviously did not transfer to WN or else WN would be at DCA I would think. Or do they all just go back into the pool and get meted out by MWAA in the next round of slot allocations?

Thanks for the info. However, if slots do not transfer with a merger/acquisition (IIRC there is a clause about that somewhere that screwed AA out of TWA's LAX slot), why do they allow swaps?

Normal slots can be transferred; Air-21 slots can not, which is what all 24 of the beyond perimeter slots are. Certain within-perimeter slots are Air-21 slots as well (DLs DCA-JAN/LEX) and as such, can not be transferred.
