I was checking just the photo database here on Airliners and the last I could find was a photo
from 2007. This aircraft seemed to have quite a history starting 1969 in the old green Texas Intl
colors, crashed in 1970 into trees in Harligen Tx. Involved in a Us Prisoner exchange in Mex and went on to Cal, Ny Air and about 4 liveries with Nw.

Does anyone know if it survived it last brush with a tug in 07?

i can see for 80 miles

I'm nearly sure it was written off and parted out after its standoff-with-tug incident.

AFAIK, it was written off because of it's age and it wasn't economically viable to repair it. Almost like the one that lost brakes and ran into the A319.

It must have been scrapped as the FAA registration was cancelled in October 2007.
