Well here it is. As far as I know this is the first DL CR7 in new colors. This is N625CA ship 0113...the former "hand print" paint scheme. It just got back from BNA yesterday, 1FEB, and did first rev flying today, 2FEB.

Finally! Only took three years to get the CR7 fleet lol. Good catch, I'm glad they are finally painting them.

how could they get rid of the "handjob"?!?! 101113 was the CR7 you could always point out as your aircraft landing or taxiing in. Bah!

Beautiful! Love the CR7s! Favorite RJ I've ever flown on. Even though I've only flown on the CRJ and CR7. I need some RJ experience!

I wasn't aware of it either but a search found N625CA in an earlier scheme,

with handprints of Comair staff, pretty cool scheme.

As well as paint, did it get the "F" cabin installed, in line with the announcement of the changes to the interiors of the CR7's?

I love to fly, and it shows!

No....no interior mods have been started yet. Might be a couple of months or so on that.

Very sad to see this livery go, especially with all the other peeling CR7's out there.

Charlie caught some nice images that show the handprints:
