From the DNU:

"Second of four ex-ATA 757-300s enters revenue service

CO’s second of four ex-ATA 757-300s entered revenue service Monday. Aircraft 871 left IAH for Denver (DEN), Feb. 1, as Flight 799 just before 9 a.m.

The aircraft are leased from Boeing Capital and are modified to CO’s configuration, including installation of fuel-saving winglets. These four aircraft are in addition to eight ex-ATA aircraft previously leased from Boeing Capital and bring the total 757-300 fleet to 21 aircraft."

And quit calling me Shirley!

The fourth one is currently in Hong Kong being configured and such for CO.

The third one never made it to Hong Kong and is sitting in GUM waiting for a new engine.

Oh, is THAT the one...???
Any word on what actually transpired in that engine? Must have been relatively significant if it can't be repaired reasonably in Guam.
Bird? Fan blade? Gearbox?
