What Airlines Have Operated Into MEL

After collecting some Inflight Magazines from my Sister's Place which I had had in storage for some time, I was surprised to open a UTA French Airlines - Distance Magazine dated November - December 1991 which featured MEL as destination as a tag on from SYD, which surprised me I can't recall them flying to MEL, so I have put together a list of Airlines that have flown there own metal at one time or another to MEL, Please help to complete the list:

East West (before absorption into the Ansett group of companies), Southern Australia Airlines (before absorption into the QF group), I s'pose you could say QantasLink (probably a marketing name only), Trans Australia Airlines (TAA)
