Hmm, just checked their website, it says that their A330's seat patch is only 32 inches, I think if I remember right, it is actually very small comparing to other international flt of AC or AA or others right? Does anyone have an idea abt how much AC has? Or AA especially after they adjusted the Y class? But one thing good is that bmi has PTVs and Games! How is bmi's service? Too bad AC does not have PTVs yet!

I don't think AA has completed MRTC on its international fleet yet. The other day I flew on the domestic leg of AA's flight 89 from BRU and the 767-300 didn't have MRTC on it. After MRTC you'll get about 34"-36" versus the current 32".

BA and VS definitely have 30" - 31".
Personally, I think that the MRTC idea from AA is a great one - not only does it improve their loadfactors and yields (since they no longer have all the extra seats to sell off for peanuts) but it gives the pax confort levels no other carrier I've been in (with the exception of Pan Am III) does.
