What would be the best Londonian airport for the Tunisian market ? Are STN and LTN suitable for a low fare service to TUN or MIR or the new NBE ?

Everything is suitable for the Tunisian market as it is still constrained by bilaterals. But I could see a U2 LGW-TUN flight to compete BA which will force BA to switch the service to LHR and ultimately drop it.

As for NBE, well that's a big disappointement. The airport is ready since end of 2009 and except a lone edlweiss Air and lone JetAirFly service, nobody is planning any traffic there for Summer 2010.

Next flights : BRU-ZRH-CAI (LX)/ BRU-FCO-TLV (AZ)

As for NBE :
Nouvelair is expected to schedule 70 weekly departures.
Transavia with up to 5x a week from AMS.
XL Airways France to CDG.
Finnair from HEL.

Regarding the Londonian airport, i wanted to know which one would be more suitable and accessible for tourism and business travellers ?

LGW is better than LTN. LGW is south of the capital and so is that much closer. Flights departing LTN would have to cross congested London area airspace. LGW has faster and more frequent rail links with Central London termini.

Thanks

I was thinking of LTN or STN which are in the north, and are AFAIK easy to reach from London town as well as cities as far as Norwich, Birmingham, Bristol... Isn't it ?! I've never been there anyway !!!

For the Nouvelair and Finnair, source is a Enfidha Radar air traffic controller, and for Transavia and XL Airways check their respective websites.
