What gives? Some very unusual traffic of late on YVR-SAN...

http://flightaware.com/live/findflight/CYVR/KSAN

TS bringing in not only an A310, but their elusive A330-300? Canjet flying two 737-800s? And I don't know too much about Enerjet, but I'm pretty sure they aren't a scheduled carrier, correct? So what's the deal?

And if TS brought in an A310 and an A330, I will be very upset with you SAN locals if you didn't get a pic

Possibly charter groups travelling to YVR for the Winter Olympics starting Friday?

I don't know too much about Enerjet

Enerjet is a Canadian charter airline that flies 737-700's.

Perhaps. I also noticed 2 Enerjet flights from YYC to SAN as well.

Last Wednesday there were a few other Canjet 738s that don’t show up on that flightaware link.

A few people got a picture of the Enerjet 737. I went down there to get a picture of the NW A330 but could not stick around to catch the Enerjet arrive.

If it is Olympic related, there is hope that these flights will reverse themselves. I have been watching since I caught the A310 and Canjet activity on flightaware.

Enerjet only has 2 planes so those would have been the positioning flights to operate to YVR.

There was a large convention in town that brought in Canadian attendees from Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. Convention attendees flew in Thursday I think and departed Sunday

That makes sense, because there's activity from TS and CanJet to YEG as well during that time frame-
