Unidentified B777 On Boeing Flightline - Help?

I was just looking through some of Skyline Photogrpahs videos on youtube and I came across this video:

It is titles Thai Cargo 777F, but I am confused. Is the China Cargo aircraft destined for Thai Cargo, or the Aircraft with the purple rudder behind it? The aircraft behind it, its looks like Thais colours, but what is with the visible part of the livery on the rudder? Some gold text, the letters "DE" in white and some sort of lighter purple/pink design. Is this a new livery for Thai or is it for someone else?
