About 1pm on Feb 23, as I was on the ramp and looked up I noticed an aircraft with two engines flying north with 4 Fighter jets following it. One was on the #1 side and 2 jets were on the #2 side. The fourth was trailing the aircraft. Antone know what was going on yesterday? Did hear of anything on the news.

Interesting update: N764TT was recently flown to Italy using registration as call-sign. This is likely the aircraft with a flight track over the MCI airport flying as BOE64T on the day the OP saw it. As previously noted, N764TT is one of the four very delayed B767 tankers being built for the Italian Air-Force.
Seeing that N764TT was flown to Italy, it is possible that the OP saw something quite unique in the skies over MCI that day - it may have been one of the customer acceptance flights related to the delivery of this first Italian Air Force tanker. Let's wait and see if there is a Boeing press release on the tanker delivery.
