Do Any Airlines Still Use The Old Seating Charts?

Remember in the "olden days" when all the airlines used a manual seating chart (with the stickers or buttons or something similar)?

Do any airlines still do this?

Maybe some of the really small carriers perhaps?

I don't know about all the time, but when I flew from Delhi to Bangkok on Thai Airways, Scandanavian Airlines checked us in, and the boarding passes were handed out with Bangkok stamped under destination and the seat numbers where stickers which had been peeled off a master sheet

That was rude of me, sorry. Maybe Spirit still does that, they seem so antiquated. And I think at WN you just mow everyone down for the best seats. I remember New York Air had little red apples for their seat assignments.

Last year I flew Berjaya Air from Kuala Lumpur to Pangkor Island and they took stickers off a seating chart. I don't even think they had a computer!

The last US domestic airline that I remember using stickers was the US Airways Shuttle. But they went to computerized boarding passes two or three years ago. I still have a few of their boarding passes with stickers on them.
