TAAG Angola Airlines and Kenya Airways move to boost maintenance efficiency

Not really sure, is it a piece of software that can be installed or is it an online tool? First time I hear of this product.

It's an online tool. I think you can install a local copy so you can use it when you're not connected, but it's fundamentally a browser-based interface.
