There was a post during Dayton about airlines upgrading equipment but what about the private planes and support planes for each NASCAR event? Does the NASCAR Airforce still operate? I know in the past certain teams were flying everything from SAAB 2000s to a 727, is that still the case? I would be interested if anyone has a list of all aircraft that are flown during all races so I can track them (if possible).

JQF. Most Nascar flights use JQF or SVH, so looking at flights from those airports to race sites is probably the closest you'll get to a list. Bear in mind, too, that many higher-profile drivers (e.g. Jeff Gordon) have their own private aircraft that are blocked from flightaware and the like.

Edit: I'd also like to point out that the folks flying these planes are some of the most pleasant flight crews I have ever dealt with in my time in aviation. Professional, courteous, and a great sense of humor. Wish I could say that more often!

Roush had a couple vintage 727-100s until they replaced them with the -200s. Hendrick also has/had a couple Beech 1900s & King Airs.
There was a video on ESPN.com's NASCAR section last year which featured Michael Waltrip Racing's aviation department, showing off the Brasilia & CRJ they have. It was an interesting look into the NASCAR Air Force, though I've had trouble finding the clip recently.

It's a crazy mad dash after the race to get out of the airport. I have flown some NASCAR charter flights for a certain team and wasn't a fan of the whole deal, especially at small uncontrolled fields. The Concord, NH race was the craziest I did and the 727's were there too at that little airport.

I fly out of JQF where many of the teams fly out of. Jimmie Johnson has a beautiful Hawker. Joe Gibbs has a Saab 2000 (May have purchased one from Hendrick) and a Lear 31. Roush is building a hangar at JQF and is expected to move his 727s there from CLT. The hangar includes an apartment for Jack on top. Hendrick has Gulfstream for himself. Rusty Wallace has a Citation as does Waltrip. Robby Gordon has at least one King.

I live a few miles from JQF, but haven't driven by since the season started. Last year ExpressJet had 3 or 4 ERJ-145s based at JQF for the season and the previous year, in addition to the XJ ERJs, USA-Jet used to have a DC-9 running Nascar flights.
When is Roush moving up his 727s? That would be beautiful to watch one of those taking off from JQF!
