Who Operates This Plane?

At MIA today I saw a B737-200 that was
all orange-almost flourescent, with a blue Flor de Lais
on the tail. No titles and I couldnt see the reggo..
The orange was much different than Southwest orange..
anybody know who operates this plane?..

Sorry...I couldnt find a pic...

I seen that plane at Sanford,Fl, but like you I don't know who operates it . but it exsists.
