Another Unusual A/c Parked At Landmark-LAX

Shot this today, 3-27-10, parked at Landmark right off Sepulveda Blvd.
Obviously a Texas Ranger charter or owned plane. But why at LAX now? Both teams spring training sites are in Arizona, and they have no games scheduled anytime soon in Anaheim.

If maintenance, why here?

The other side of the aircraft has the Dallas Stars' logo and they are playing Los Angeles Kings tongiht at the Staples Center.
