Following the replacement of Michael Mascarenhas as chief of Air India, the Civil Aviation ministry has ordered the cancellation of 70 flights per week. Cancellations will begin on Friday and continue indefinitely.

No reason was given for these cancellations other than that it was on the direct order of the Civil Aviation minister Sharad Yadav. Expect a public announcement later on Thursday.

God Help Us All.

Guess, at least the indian press has seen through this shameless attempt by Yadav to keep his seat in the coalition government.
