Your question is not very clear. Your title implies what perks do pilots get over regular employees. Your body asks what are the different travel benefits between airlines.
As for travel benefits of pilots over regular employees, they don't any.... an employee is an employee. Though when traveling on business they most all times are booked positive space....as are most all employees depending on their business trip.
As for pay on the routes you fly I can't think of any. Most all airlines pay you by the type of aircraft you fly. Pay is based off flight hours, so a longer flight will pay you more then a shorter flight.

I know of one major US carrier where the new-hire pilots don't get health care benefits that some other work groups do.
