I saw a whole bunch of US A321's today at PIT. How many do they have now?

Which does remind me: just when did US start flying the A321 to SFO? I spent a whole morning planespotting at the end of Runway 1R at SFO today (05/27/2001) and I saw three A321's (N160UW, N164UW, and N170UW) arriving and departing the US gates at SFO.
