The second one is the original, with singer Bonnie Koloc. I have her vinyl album with the complete song that was written for United, and I have converted the cut to an mp3.

My favorite PSA commercials were the "PSA gives you a life every time, jingles." Does anyone have a recording. It went something like this.
They call me the bird of California, grinning as I fly along my way
Heading north and heading south in California, I'm grinning cause I fly for PSA
Hello, California, you're looking good to me
This grinning bird is flying up and down the line
They call me the bird of California, PSA gives you a lift every time.

I have a VHS tape with dozens of Ozark commercials on it, from the 60s to the 80s. I always enjoy watching it.

I still like their tagline: Nos encanta la gente (We love the people). Plus the A320 made them look like they're state of the art (which they were in Central America before the takeover by TA and CM's rise, though they operated the A320s side by side with 737-200s). Too bad in this day and age, TA took them and turned things into "Nos encanta su dinero (We love your money)".

Here's one of mine, classic late 60s Pan Am in all her glory
The one ad I really want to locate is an EA ad featuring Ali McGraw in Acapulco. Dates back to the 70s and was posted on You Tube for some time but then got yanked. Anyone else seen it or know where it might be available? Awesome shots of Ali at the height of Acapulco's jet set image during the 1970s.
I also love this two-part promotional video, especially the computer system, the kitchen that makes 1,400 meals a day (not so impressive when they had 20 100-seat D9S) and the beauty school for inflight.
Also love the shots of the old airports, internal and external. The film was produced by a Milwaukee ad agency, and some of the airport (internal/external) shots are definitely MKE and others definitely not. Anybody know what's what?

I've had the North Central theme popping into my head again and again after running into those commercials last week.
Definitely cool seeing these commercials! Most of 'em predate my interest in airlines...or even predate me...but it's still fun.
