Yep. The original Idlewild airport had 4 runways.
In the link you send, the first set of parallels run along the pier you pointed out and along the parallel section of the present-day "loop around" taxiway to the north.
The second set of parallels ran along that LONG north-south taxiway that goes to the threshold of 31L, and what is now the cargo apron (runs parallel to that taxiway up at the north end of the airport.
