After reading the post on whether flights between Guam and the US are considered international, I started wondering about the territories of other countries. For instance flights between France and French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion or other French territories. Are these considered international? How about flights between the Netherlands and somewhere like Aruba? Or what about Gibraltar and the United Kingdom?
