How often?

In this super-high-stress job, I know that drinking must be a continual problem within the ATC towers. (Who could blame them!)

Whatever you controllers are getting paid ...... it's NOT ENOUGH!!

I certainly said no such thing about ALL ATC'ers being alcoholics!

But I imagine SOME have drinking problems.

And I really can't blame them. Something's got to ease the stress of that unbelievably hateful and agonizing rush hour day after day!!

Most of them don't work 5-day weeks though do they? Shorter weeks prevail, don't they?

People have drinking problems no matter what profession you are dealing with. Generally, they work for 5 days straight and get 2 days off. Depending on what shift they start and end their work week with, that 2 days off can be considerably longer than 48 hours.
