Quoting United1P (Reply 3): I noticed that UA has fitted two more 752's and two domestic 772's (!) with the new domestic seats.... does this mean the "experiment" proved to be a success?
Thats just referring to the aircraft that have leather seats in F. They are still equipped with the regular seats in Y except for that one 752 that UA was testing the next generation Y seats out in.

Quoting SXDFC (Reply 10): Does anyone have any pictures of what the new Economy seats will look like on the UA 777's?
Or for that matter what the new economy seat covers look like on the UA 747s and 767s would be interesting to see how much of a difference the refurb actually made!

I can't help you with the 777s but heres a trip report (not mine) that has interior shots of the 744 after refurb. The 763s have the exact same seat except PTVs of course.
Quoting rjpieces (Reply 9): To expand on my post, are these the Y seats currently in the 747 and 777?
If your asking about colors those are the same seats that are on the 777s right now. The 744s (and 763s) have the same seat but with a different covering.

It was in DEN about a week to a week and a half ago doing a LAS turn. Beyond that I don't know its current status.

Here is the refurbished 767 with new seat covers and 744 with new seat covers and new LCD screens. I am assuming the 777s will have the same seat cover but with the new slimline seat, AVOD and winged headrests.

Quoting United1 (Reply 15): In other news N794UA is out of the shop and has taken a couple of test flights...
I just noticed that 794 was still in the old paint colors...please tell me they repainted it or will be repainting before it goes back into service since it is the first 777 in the new configuration...

Add 595 to Winglet count.
On the new crew modules, I understood the total count was to be 7 ships, not 6.

31 scorpy: They are going to upgrade to the new seats i assume?
32 LAXintl: Yes but as one comes out, another will get parked. Its simply a game to minimize heavy checks.
33 UnitedTristar: I thought this wasn't going to be the case? I thought it was one just coming out and nothing was going back... -m

46 United1P: It's going to be great to see 737's back in UA colors!
48 deltal1011man: Just like Delta i would expect them to start repainting fairly quick. This way they don't have to do bumper stickers post SOC.
