I know that 9G-LCA is at Smyrna, Tennessee (MQY). To add to your question, how many Conroy Canadair CL-44-0's were made? I will try to post a picture of the tail on airliners.net taken May 23, 2001.

Only one was converted from a standard CL44,
i.e. N447T.

It belongs to Farhad Azima, who operates it through First International Airways - based at OST. Azima also owns Heavylift Cargo Airlines in the UK - who once operated a number of CL44s!

Heavylift operated the aircraft as did another Stansted based airline, Transmeridian.

A second aircraft was earmarked for the conversion, but she crashed in Alaska before it could be done.
