I did a search and couldnt find anything so I'm sorry if this is posted before,

I saw a picture (link below) of a TAM A345 painted in the new colours (looks great!), it has the SA logo on it, my question is, is this A/C flying? And if so, since they are not becoming a member until mid May, is TAM allowed to fly with the logo when they are not yet a member?

A number of airlines have painted their aircraft in A* livery or applied A* decals in the run up to their accession , JJ join in two weeks ( at least according to everything I have read recently ) and it is not unusual for airlines to want to get a 'head start' a short time out .

Yes and I think half the fleet or more already carry the Star Alliance logo. The first JJ frame with Star logo was sighted in early April IIRC.

Exactly , May 13. And there's even one A332 with Full Star livery

New York + Rio de Janeiro = One of the best combinations !
