As far as I can see, it's YUL, YVR and Ecuador (UIO and GYE). I'm sure there must be others, although bear in mind that as a daily service, the Ecuador run accounts for two acft.

Quoting airceo (Reply 3): Everything you want to know about KL's current MD11 ops can be found on a blog post I made.
Very good, interesting site.
Just a small correction. On your blog you said:
" To the best of my knowledge no other carrier in the world has a fleet (or sub-fleet) named entirely for women "
Iberia has the A340-300 fleet named after famous women of both Spanish and Latin American origin:
EC-GGS, Concha Espina (Spanish writer)
EC-GHX, Rosalía de Castro (Spanish poetess and novelist)
EC-GJT, Rosa Chacel (Spanish writer)
EC-GLE, Concepción Arenal (Spanish writer)
EC-GPB, Teresa de Ávila (Spanish nun, doctor of the Catholic Church, mystic and writer)
EC-GQK, Emilia Pardo Bazán (Spanish novelist, journalist, essayist, critic and introducer of naturalism in Spain)
EC-GUP, Agustina de Aragón (Zaragoza heroic defender during the Spanish War of Independence)
EC-GUQ, Beatriz Galindo (Spanish writer and humanist, tutor to Queen Isabella and her children)
EC-HDQ, Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz (Mexican. Catholic nun, poetess and playwright)
EC-HGU, María de Molina (Queen Consort of Castile and Leon)
EC-HGV, María Guerrero (Spanish actress)
EC-HGX, María Pita (heroine of the defense of La Coruña in 1589 against the English navy)
EC-HQF, María de Zayas y Sotomayor (Spanish novelist of the Golden Age)
EC-HQH, Mariana de Silva (Spanish. Duchess of Medina Sidonia)
EC-HQN, Luisa Carvajal y Mendoza (member of the Spanish nobility, religious poet and writer)
EC-ICF, María Zambrano (Spanish philosopher and essayist)
EC-IDF, Mariana Pineda (Spanish hero who fought for liberal causes in the nineteenth century)
EC-IIH, María Bárbara de Braganza (Portuguese Princess. Became Queen Consort of Spain)
EC-KCL, Juan Ramón Jiménez--> Only A343 in the fleet named after a man (Spanish poet, winner of the Nobel prize)
EC-KOU, La Dama de Elche (Aslo known as Moorish Lady. Iberian bust carved in limestone drawn between V and IV centuries BC)
EC-KSE, Clara Campoamor (Spanish. Liberal left-wing Republican politician, defender of women's rights)
notes: EC-GQK and EC-HQF have left the fleet after being replaced by new A340-600s (EC-LCZ, EC-LEV). EC-HQH and EC-HQN will leave soon for the same reason.

It depends on the season. Doesn't the MD-11 go to SFO in the winter also? I think it was now upgraded to the 747 for the summer. Not sure if that helps.

SFO looks like a mix of 772ER and 773ER this summer.
