Saudi start up Alwafeer received 2 or 3 744s from Malaysia Airlines last year. However they dont appear to be flying yet although they have a certificate to do so. Are there any news regarding this pilgrimage operation?

Also there is some confusion over the particular aircraft they have. One is ex 9M-MPD, but the other is either ex-9M-MPI (as per fleetlists now registered HZ-AWA1) and/or 9M-MPJ (this one is shown still with Malaysia on online fleet lists, though the last picture found which is from last summer shows it in Alwafeer colours, and somewhere I read this is now HZ-AWA1.
