Safety Issue On DL Flight From NRT-MSP?

A friend of mine is a reporter and is doing a story of a DL flight from NRT-MSP that turned around mid flight due to some issues with two passengers locked in a bathroom with some liquids and something.........I guess they were sedated and arrested on return to NRT. Any ideas what is going on? I am not seeing anything on CNN or elsewhere?
