UA Blackhawks Charter

Anyone know what flight # they're using? I'm just curious about when exactly they'll be heading to PHL for game 3.

Also, I'm assuming the Flyers are taking US?

Yep this came as a rollover from NW when they won the contract for Philadelphia. Anaheim also flies NW/DL VIP 319's. Next year the redwings will be added to that list and a few other NHL teams are apparently being added.


UA doesn't do any NHL teams.

   There are a few interviews with players on the plane on the internet, and it is pretty clearly an all business aircraft.

In fact UA only charters 3 professional teams, and only from the NFL, they don't do charters for MLB, NHL, or NBA (granted the NBA contract was given to NW)

UA Flies:
Chicago Bears
Denver Broncos
Washington Redskins

and thats it, im sure they do some ad-hoc and NCAA charters.

For the past few years, UA hasn't done many NCAA charters. In fact, I'm not sure they did any this year.

Umm..United has flown the Chicago Cubs for years, and the Chicago White Sox came over to United several years back.
