SFB In Talks With New Carrier?

I received an email today from SFB asking me to take a survey and indicating that they are in talks with a carrier for new air service. They mentioned questions if I would use SFB and make a connection in either ATL or CLT over using MCO. I'm thinking they may be in talks with DL and/or US. That would be nice if they did, makes MCO even more unattractive and SFB even more attractive. DL is big enough at MCO to complement without hurting their DAB, MLB, or MCO ops. Anyone know anything?

Here is a portion of the email:

"My purpose for emailing you today is to ask for your help. We are in discussion with a potential airline about starting numerous daily flights to Sanford Airport (SFB) from their hub. We have shared with them comments like yours about our airport and the recent loss of some services. They have requested we ask you a few questions to help them better understand the opportunity here. Below is a link to a survey we have designed to provide the airline with a little more insight. The survey will take less than 5 minutes I promise! "

Valid email sent from TBI who runs the airport.

They're just fishing - no talks with other airlines, its just their standard new air service survey that they then use the results of to try and lure new air carriers, especially from MCO.

The same survey is available on their website.
