Quoting SCL767 (Thread starter): LAN Perú's new services to Easter Island and Iguazú, Argentina are now bookable:
Thanks SCL767, it's impressive LAN Peru growth this year ! Brasilia, Iguazu, Easter Island, More Sao Paulo, and in the future we will see Assuncion and Rio de Janeiro. It's clear that LIM become a priority for LA at this point.
New York + Rio de Janeiro = One of the best combinations !

Quoting Filipair (Reply 4): The the LIM-IPC service is neither extended for PPT service nor is it particularly well-timed for connecting with the existing IPC-PPT flight.
I don't think there's any reason to do so; it's perfectly timed to grab most of the North American connections as well as just about anything in South America that is too circuitous to connect over SCL. The LIMIPC market is zilch but I still think this is a good add. Would be even better on a 319/320, ETOPS issues aside.

LAN also changed airports in Iguazu, originally planning to serve IGU in Brasil instead of IGR in Argentina. Makes sense because they already have a station in IGR, however most tourists know of Iguassu Falls as being in Brasil. Another route which will be announced shortly is LIM-ASU.
