edit: As a sidenote I dare say that IMO carrying the word "oxygene" in an airline's name is quite unfortunate, reminds me of oxygene masks (= emergency) or worse a fire onboard (like Apollo 1 suffered).

Wow, you're very pessimistic with this guys... can you elaborate why ? I know there are some stones in the road for every airline in the world, and Africa is a hard market, but 12 months....
