Numerous Mainline Charters Into LSE Recently?

Looking at flightaware there have been several charters from all over recently into La Crosse, all on mainline aircraft. Anyone know why? By the flight numbers they definitely are not diversions.

Those all look like charter numbers. The WN 7200 series numbers are military charters so I would guess they are all military charters.

I agree Military charters, as SY flights 8900's are DOD flights. The DOD moves a lot of folks around the country. What with training and retraining before being deployed overseas. Plus National Guard and Reserve have 2 wks during the summer they need to do as part of enlistment, outside of monthly TUA.
