Now that Air Berlin is officially entering Oneworld what other Oneworld Carrier will start serving BER or where will AB start to fly to?
Current Oneworld Routes out of TXL:
Finnair (up to twice daily to Helsinki)
Iberia (up to twice daily to Madrid)
British Airways (up to 5x daily to London/Heathrow)
Malev (up to twice daily to Budapest)
Any signs of others Star Carriers coming to Berlin?
American Airlines could fill a B-763 daily to Chicago , especially now as they stopping FRA-ORD nonstop.
Cathay to Hong Kong?
JAL to Tokyo?
Qantas?

AA is not "stopping" FRA-ORD, it will become seasonal. The loads during winter are terrible. The flight will be back next spring. During winter AA pax will have to fly FRA-DFW.
I would suspect that with this AB announcement you will see AA service to Berlin from either ORD or JFK

I would probably add Washington/Dulles on UA or possibly LH to that list since there is A LOT of IAD-Germany traffic and because it would connect the two capitals. Same with YYZ on AC.
