I could have sworn we've just gone over this, but ok...
FS2000 has a tentative release date of October 20, 1999.
Price for Regular Version is $59.99 (online stores are charging as little as $47)
Price for Professional Version is $79.99
Head over to the following address: http://www.microsoft.com/games/fs2000
to see AVI's, photos, and all sorts of info on FS2000.
And to clear things up, Airport 2000 IS NOT a standalone program. It's an addon to FS98, creating several airports into highly detailed airports with static/dynamic aircraft and insides of terminals.

Hi
I think the differences are a few more aircraft and adventures.
Have a look at the FS2000 website, who have screenshots and plenty of information.

It comes out this month or next, and I have reserved it. I haven't seen it, but I've heard that its better than FS98.
