As we know Willie Walsh admitted at BAshares day that he was keen to bring IBs culture of a large third party services operation over to the BA side e.g. engineering as currently BA only really does their own fleet.

Is it possible that this could include opening a regional airport handling company to handle BA plus contracts in the regions like IB have e.g IBZ? I never really understood the descision to contract out regional handling seeing that at MAN for example BA had a good few contracts and the JFK T7 operation apparently makes a profit for them.

NCL still has a few Landor livered BA vehicles from the days before it was outsourced which was in 90s?
