I would say almost certainly yes. B6 will be moving terminals in the coming year, partially to secure additional gate space.
So added domestic flights, Latin America an area B6 has been looking to grow in, and even international code-share partner on the West Coast all are possible at LAX.

The MX aspect is a big chunk. E190 components are VERY expensive because PMAs for the OEMs are extremely limited, along with certified repair facilities. So the stock was spread very thin by allocating support units to the west coast. B6 also only has 2 MX stations on the west coast...LGB and OAK. Will we see E190's back on the west coast? Probably. Will it be anytime in the NEAR future. NO. If it were to be done properly, it would cost the company A LOT of money to beef up spares inventory to ensure system coverage without spreading us to thin. As a crewmember who specifically deals with this...and actually was out in LGB for 3 days to pack up the E190 parts and send 'em back east, I can tell you the matrix is complicated
DCA and BWI I too think are also big players in it icebird757, it's going to require extra E190 lift on the east coast. With the Blue Wings A320s coming home to us, that beefs up the A320's to help get the extra A320 lift on the west coast, and the 2 E190s that were delivered a month or so ago helps with the E190 lift in the east.

...and it WAS argued. LGB is very slot restricted, so at one point B6 tried to get the E190 to fall into the "regional" category so we wouldn't lose capacity capabilities for the slots we had, but also gain additional slots so we could operate both fleets and have the E190 on thinner markets, the A320 on the heavier markets. The re-classification was denied which means the slots were confined to what we had, so we needed to max out on each slot by using the A320.

Agreed. I prefer the E190 over the A320 any day. The new interior on the N7##JB aircraft is nice. It's a lot of little changes that come together to make a better experience for the customer. My only problem is how quickly the new interior gets dirty looking. Everything was made brighter, and lets face it, we fly the snot out of these planes and have a lot of customers that abuse the hell out of the aircraft. The things that were made brighter (like the leather on the seats which went to a MUCH lighter shade for this series that has the Recaro seats) show the dirt, grime, pen/marker stains, lalalalala, a lot more than the previous interior. It is a nice experience though, I hope you get to catch a flight on one!

LAX to some Caribbean destinations, I think, would be pushing the max. range on the 320s. I could see LAX-CUN (something along those lines). LAX-NAS is about the same distance as LAX-BOS, so that could work, as well. Jamaica is about 150-200 miles beyond that, perhaps. But as far as destinations like the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, the 320 couldn't do the trip with a full load.

i love jetBlue a lot, but they use way too much blue in everything they touch. blue is a great color , but over the top from blue uniforms on the pilots. to blue chips to blue seats. is overkill. other than that i love jetBlue.

the blue chips are coming back. the veggie chips currently being used is for the summer. during special times of the year we've used other flavors of the Terra Brand. Thanksgiving time frame we've offered the Sweet Potatoe Chips (btw, they are excellent w/ Trader Joe's spicy guacamole *LOL*), and previous 4th of July's we've used the TERRA Red, White, & Blues. its a nice change every once in a while.
with regards to LAX...the possible move to T3 and hopefully addt'l gates, i'm waiting w/ curiousity and anxiety what plans will come about!

It was like TWA and red . . . that's their color and their proud of it! I personally think their T5 at JFK is too white.
As for planes, by years end 160 or so. Just over 40 190s, the rest 320s.
