What Is Up At LHR This Am?

Hey everyone. I had a group of people that came into DTW from LHR on DL. Which they use Terminal 4. After checking
on flight traker. I have notice that all most all the flights out of that terminal where delayed 1 to 2 hours this AM. What was going on? Did the ground crew go on strike after all? Just wanted to know what was up.

That was yesterday and caused problems in Europe, and doubt would have affected and US UK flights.
