Does anyone know what European airlines operate to Central Africa? I am looking to going on a tour of Central Africa with a group from France, and I was just wondering what sort of European airlines hold stakes in this territory. Any and all info will be appreciated.

Sabena, based in Brussels, flies to a lot of destinations in Africa. They cut their flight to Johannesburg but they still operate a large number of flights to various destinations in Africa, such as Kinshasa, Lome, Cotonou, Casablanca, Nairobi,...you name it. There are other European airlines that fly to Central Africa, but Sabena is the strongest in Africa. If you fly Sabena to Africa you will fly on an Airbus A330 or A340.
Hope this helps.

Sabena flies a lot of routes to Africa. Air France flies to a lot of former French colonies and a lot of Africa were French colonies a long time ago. Depending where you want to go, Air France might be a choice.

Thank you everyone for your input. I think that I will look into Sabena and possibly Air France. Considering I have a working knowledge of French, I figure that it would be best to select an airline from a country that speaks French.(Although I know some Spanish too) Do you agree?
