Filair Plane Crash In DR Congo

According to the BBC a plane from Filair crashed near Bandundu, DR Congo. There are 19 fatalities reported.

According to Wiki Filair owns an Antonov AN-24B and a Let L-410 UVP-E Turbolet.

The Let L410 twin turboprop was involved in the accident. Apparently the plane run low on fuel after a missed landing.

The owner of Filair, the Belgian businessman Daniel Philemotte (62) was flying the plane during the accident, he and 18 others didn't survive the crash, 2 others were injured.
