Today 8/31 marks the first time the BA B777-300ER flies commercial passengers in revenue service. The aircraft, G-STBA took off from London Heathrow bound of Mumbai as the BA 139 earlier today. It will be operating Mumbai, Chicago, Delhi and Dubai in the coming months. Expect great things from the new BA WT and WTP product along with the brand new Thales i5000 IFE system. BA's 773s, 787s and A380s will be fitted with the new IFE system, along with the GMIS fitted 777s in due course.
